Give the man his permit back!
U.S. Rep. Tom DeLay is fighting to regain his Texas concealed handgun permit
after it was suspended because of his indictment on felony charges.
A Fort Bend County justice of the peace suspended DeLay's license after he was indicted by a Travis County grand jury on charges of conspiracy and money laundering last year.
Give the man his permit back!

Texas law clearly states the permit should be suspended. Should a lawmaker seek to circumvent the law?
