Half A Million To Fight Golden Algae
Our beloved Congressman Edwards made the Hood County News:
U.S. Rep. Chet Edwards (D-Waco)
obtained $500,000 in the 2006 federal budget to develop water quality education
for local stakeholders and conduct research on controlling golden algae.

Good grief. Why not let the private companies handle it? WHy does everything have to be done by the government?
